General Production Associate - Entry Level 1st shift

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level 1st shift to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level 1st shift, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate 

Location: Murray, KY

Pay Range: $15

Shift: First 750am - 4pm Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on equipment.

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
