General Production Associate - Entry Level

Our client, manufacturing and production operations is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of the production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions to help keep production running smoothly.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $15 per hour

Shift: First: Mon-Fri 730am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate forklift associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspection of product to ensure quality, while maintaining housekeeping and general maintenance functions within the work area.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow operational standard work, work instructions, and location rules and procedures.
• Comfort working in a production environment while consistently prioritizing safety and PPE requirements.
• Willingness to operate assigned equipment and perform material handling tasks as directed.
• Attention to detail for visual product inspection to support quality expectations.
• Readiness to support housekeeping and general maintenance tasks to keep the work area organized and safe.
