Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Gluer to join their team. As a Gluer, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Gluer
Location: Elkhart, IN
Pay Range: $16.00
Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Spray glue on foam pieces according to production requirements
- Read and follow work orders and production specifications
- Measure and cut materials to required dimensions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What's Needed?
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
