What's in it for you?

What will you be doing?

• Operate grinders and related equipment to smooth and finish metal parts.

• Remove excess material, burrs, and welds from components.

• Inspect workpieces for quality and accuracy.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Previous Metal Grinding experience
• Documented 10 years of work history if applicable
• Ability to pass a drug swab testing for THC
• Ability to pass a 10 year background check

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude.
