Painter/Grinder Technician

Join a growing manufacturing team performing grinding, sanding, polishing, and painting of welded assemblies.
What You'll Do:
- Grind, sand, and finish metal parts
- Apply primer and paint as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Complete production paperwork and time tracking
- Assist with material movement and shop support duties
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of manufacturing, fabrication, or finishing experience
- Experience using grinders and other power tools
- Ability to read basic drawings and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to quality and safety
- Industrial painting experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required.
