Our client, manufacturing is seeking a Injection Molding Machine Operator to join their team. As a Injection Molding Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to follow work instructions consistently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Injection Molding Machine Operator

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $22

Shift: Days (05:00-13:30)

What's the Job?

  • Read blueprint drawings and work orders to understand and meet customer specifications.
  • Produce quality parts by running plastic injection molding machines and following work orders and blueprints.
  • Monitor process temperatures and injection pressures to detect non-conformances to drawing specs.
  • Verify settings by measuring positions, completing first-run parts, and checking sample work pieces.
  • Use precision instruments such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, and an optical comparator to confirm part accuracy.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings and work orders.
  • Willingness to operate and monitor injection molding equipment while maintaining process consistency.
  • Comfort using measurement tools including micrometers, Vernier calipers, and an optical comparator.
  • Strong focus on quality checks, including first-run verification and ongoing conformance monitoring.
  • Ability to perform occasional preventive maintenance per the manufacturer’s instructions.
