Inventory Specialist

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated  Logistics team member to join their operations. As an Logistics associate, you will be an essential part of the warehouse team supporting efficient and safe handling of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Specialist

Location: Portland, OR

Pay Range: 23.00

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• - Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• - Track inventory transactions in the WMS.
• - Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• - Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy.
• - Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• - Organize and monitor inventory locations within the warehouse.
• - Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure efficient product    flow.
• - Follow safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and count inventory as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
