Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a US-La Grange-Operator I to join their team. As a US-La Grange-Operator I, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: US-La Grange-Operator I
Location: La Grange, NC
Pay Range:
Shift: Night Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:30am)
What's the Job?
- Set up and operate machines to produce quality parts based on specifications
- Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, and sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances
- Perform machine start-up, operation, troubleshooting, and adjustments as needed
- Complete changeovers and material feedthroughs
- Conduct first piece inspections and use gauges and calipers to verify finished workpieces
What's Needed?
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting of up to 35 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime and some weekend hours as required
