Machine Operator

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production department supporting the Packaging team. The ideal candidate will have a safety-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Rincon, GA

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Operate high-speed packaging machinery according to established procedures and production schedules.
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, adjustments, and startup activities to support production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel for complex repairs.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience operating packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience working with high-speed automated production lines.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand production documents, work instructions, and safety procedures.
