Machine Operator - 2nd shift

Our client, an industrial manufacturing team, is seeking a Machine Operator - 2nd shift to join their operation in Turbotsville, PA. As a Machine Operator - 2nd shift, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day manufacturing needs. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on machine operation experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the focus to follow work instructions accurately and consistently.

Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd shift

Location: Turbotsville, PA

Pay Range: $20-24/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Operate a CNC lathe and CNC mill with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Set up and run production work while maintaining quality and meeting daily output expectations.
• Follow standard work instructions, job requirements, and operating procedures to keep production moving.
• Perform routine checks during operation to help ensure parts are produced to specification.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and use required PPE throughout the shift.

What's Needed?

• 1 year experience operating a CNC lathe and mill.
• Light industrial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday (MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI).
• Willingness to complete required screening, including a 7-year background check and a 6-panel urine drug screen with THC.
• Ability to follow strict workplace rules, including NO THC (a suspected THC result may result in termination) and adherence to the dress code.
