Machine Operator - 3rd shift

Our client, an industrial manufacturing team, is seeking a Machine Operator - 3rd shift to join their operation in Turbotsville, PA. As a Machine Operator - 3rd shift, you’ll be working on the shop floor supporting production needs and helping keep quality and output on track. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on CNC lathe and mill experience, a strong safety mindset, and the drive to show up consistently and perform at a high level.

Job Title: Machine Operator - 3rd shift

Location: Turbotsville, PA

Pay Range: $20-24/hour

Shift: 3rd shift

What's the Job?

• Operate a CNC lathe and CNC mill with at least 1 year of hands-on experience
• Set up and run production work while following work instructions and quality expectations
• Maintain safe, clean work habits and follow PPE and shop rules every shift
• Support steady production by staying focused, meeting shift requirements, and communicating issues early
• Complete required screening and background check steps as part of the hiring process

What's Needed?

• 1 year experience operating a CNC lathe and mill
• Light industrial experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work Monday through Friday (MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI)
• Willingness to follow strict drug screening requirements, including a 6-panel urine drug screen with THC
• Ability to comply with PPE and dress code expectations (steel/composite toe boots; jeans and T-shirt with no sayings; no holes; professional appearance)
