Position Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and adjusting automated production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What’s the Job?

Essential Duties

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Perform routine equipment inspections.
• Maintain production records and quality checks.
• Follow established production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food manufacturing regulations.
• Communicate equipment issues to maintenance personnel.
• Assist with machine changeovers and startup procedures.

What’s Needed?

Qualifications

• 1+ year of machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read production specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
