Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Cockeysville, MD

Pay Range: $18.45

Shift: Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform routine setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Inspect in-process parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Control and adjust machine settings as needed
• Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product issues
• Document safety, quality, and maintenance activities accurately

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma with 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Experience in a regulated environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic, reading charts, and using Windows-based PCs
