Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety awareness, and mechanical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Cockeysville, MD

Pay Range: $18.45

Shift: 2nd shift (Monday - Thursday 4PM - 2:30 AM)

What's the Job?

• Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards
• Support team goals and objectives through effective teamwork and communication
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and quality inspections as needed

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years' experience in manufacturing or related field
• Ability to read, write, interpret specifications, and perform basic math calculations
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and rotate into different tasks
