Machine Operator

Our client, in Omaha, a leading plastics manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay Range:

• 1st Shift: 18.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 19.44/hour (18.00 + 8% shift differential)
• 3rd Shift:  20.16/hour (18.00 + 12% shift differential)

What's the Job?

• Operate plastics manufacturing equipment while following safety, quality, and production standards.
• Load, unload, sort, stage, and move materials throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, defects, and specification compliance.
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment or process concerns to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while meeting daily production goals.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military service.
• Ability to use basic computer systems to track production and quality information.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.

• Available Shifts: 
  • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM | Friday - Tuesday
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM | Thursday - Monday
  • 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM | Sunday Night - Friday Morning
