Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the food industry, is seeking Machine Operators to join their team!  

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Eustis, FL

Pay:  $17/hour

Shifts: Monday - Friday
2nd - 3PM - 11:30PM
3rd - 11PM - 7:30AM
 

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor industrial manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Adjust machine settings such as temperature, airflow, and other parameters to achieve optimal results.
• Inspect materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and report any deviations.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to identify and resolve process issues promptly.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year previous experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and equipment manuals.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as required.
