Machine Operator

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Winding Department supporting the Winding team. The ideal candidate will have an impressive safety mindset, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $21.45

Shift: Monday–Wednesday 5pm–5am, Thursday 3pm–1am, Friday 12pm–7pm (additional overtime may be required)

What's the Job?

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to help maintain a safe work environment.
• Properly set up equipment to cut tubes and cores.
• Cut and package tubes and cores according to order specifications.
• Check quality on every order and complete quality and production sheets and other required paperwork.
• Keep the area around the machine and all equipment clean and properly maintained.

What's Needed?

• Machine operation experience (mechanical experience is preferred, and an eager candidate with strong, tenured work history may be considered).
• Impressive safety record and consistent safe work habits.
• Great attendance record and reliability.
• Attention to detail for quality checks and accurate documentation.
• Communication proficiency and the ability to multi-task in a production environment.
