Machine Operator

Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-night operations across multiple shifts. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to follow work instructions consistently—skills that will help you succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Range:$20

Shift: Multiple shifts available (Box/Forklift required and Machine Operator)

What's the Job?

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while following established procedures and work instructions.
• Support box operations where forklift use is required, ensuring materials are handled correctly and safely.
• Maintain consistent production output during your assigned shift, including early morning and overnight schedules.
• Monitor machine performance and report issues promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
• Work as part of a shift team to keep operations running smoothly and meet daily production expectations.

What's Needed?

• Forklift capability for box operations (forklift required for those roles).
• Ability to work assigned shift schedules, including 3:50AM–4PM and 3:50PM–4AM options.
• Comfort working in a production environment with clear safety and quality standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately with attention to detail.
• Relevant credentials as required: 100069, 100065, 100000, 100100.
