Machine Operator

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting the Production team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Lawrence, MA

Pay Range: $18.50 an hour

Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate machines according to customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Retrieve cutting dies and prepare them for production.
• Load and unload raw material (foam) safely and efficiently.
• Ensure quality parts are being processed and meet required standards.
• Keep accurate counts of parts produced and account for any rejected parts, then return cutting dies to the original storage area.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience of machine operation or related manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
