MANUFACTURING OPERATORS 

Looking for a great manufacturing opportunity with a 3-day workweek? We are hiring Manufacturing Operators in Lenexa, KS to help produce microbiology products used in healthcare, pharmaceutical, food, and laboratory environments.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay:
  • Packers - $19.55
  • Suite Operator – $20.70
• Weekend Day Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Hours: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!
• Enjoy 4 days off each week!

What You'll Do

• Operate and adjust manufacturing equipment
• Package and inspect finished products
• Monitor products for quality and defects
• Follow written SOPs, safety procedures, and work instructions
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or regulated production experience preferred
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
• Machine operation experience is a plus
• Pharmaceutical, medical device, food production, or aseptic experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and safety-focused
