Manufacturing Support Lead

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Support Lead to join their team. As a Manufacturing Support Lead, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting various functions within the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Support Lead

Location: Garden City, ID

Pay Range: $23 hourly

What's the Job?

• Perform routine inventory cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure smooth production flow.
• Unload and verify raw materials, inspect packing slips, document discrepancies, and conduct receiving inspections using metrology tools as needed.
• Prepare, package, label, and ship finished goods accurately, coordinating with carriers to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Maintain organized staging areas, ensure materials are kitted, and deliver materials to production on time to support manufacturing processes.
• Uphold a safe, clean, and compliant workspace by enforcing safety policies and standard operating procedures.

What's Needed?

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments with a proven track record of success.
• Understanding of safety practices and compliance requirements within industrial settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure operational efficiency.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
