Manufacturing Technician I

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician I, you will be part of the Production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, hands-on technical skills, and a team-first mindset that aligns successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician I

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $24

Shift: Days (08:00-00:00)

What's the Job?

• Prepare materials for the molding process and support production readiness.
• Lay up molding materials on molding tooling according to standard procedures.
• Set up tooling for press machine operation and ensure setups follow required specifications.
• Operate equipment such as presses and autoclave systems as part of the production workflow.
• Inspect final product and support quality expectations through careful, detail-oriented work.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing operations production lab setting or related field.
• Ability to speak, read, understand, and write English.
• Previous experience using small hand tools.
• Ability to work safely by following personal and environmental safety guidelines and preventing on-the-job injuries.
