Mixer

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mixer to join their team. As a Mixer, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mixer

Location: Newburyport, MA

Pay Range: $17.60/hour 

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m

What's the Job?

• Properly perform mixing tasks to produce acceptable products, ensuring a smooth production flow from mixing to production lines.
• Set up, operate, and wash down mixers according to safety and operational standards.
• Use FIFO stickers correctly to manage ingredient inventory.
• Accurately place ingredients into containers and fill out related paperwork for each batch.
• Complete all DSI transactions and scale ingredients as needed.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
• Willingness to cross-train and operate manual pallet jacks and elevators safely.
