Our client, a leading manufacturer of innovative building materials and sustainable construction solutions, is seeking Molders to join their team. As a Molder, you will be part of the Production team supporting Manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, the ability to follow procedures safely, and a hands-on mindset that helps you learn and perform consistently.

Job Title: Molder

Location: Worcester, MA 01605

Pay Range: $23.75/hr

Shift: Mon-Friday 1:30pm – 10:00pm

What's the Job?

• Apply a variety of methods, procedures, and techniques to mold products using hydraulic, robotic, and/or manual presses or molding equipment.
• Compact mix to shape product accurately using molding equipment.
• Form or mold basic shapes to meet production requirements.
• Follow established work instructions and operating procedures to support consistent output.
• Complete required assessments as part of the hiring process.

What's Needed?

• Willingness to learn and operate molding equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain attention to detail during production.
• Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
