Molding Production Associates

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Molding Production Associates to join their team. As a Molding Production Associates, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily mold preparation and casting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and effective time management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Molding Production Associates

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 7am - 3:00pm

What's the Job?

• Set up, operate, and tend molds to create elements for a wide variety of shoes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure machines work properly and molds run accurately.
• Repair and wax molds for surface imperfections to support consistent quality.
• Accurately cast molds by monitoring temperature and pressure gauges of casting machines.
• Visually inspect elements, hang them for baking, and distribute them to the appropriate bins in the saw department.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working with molds and production equipment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Willingness to complete an Oral 6-Panel drug test and an Enhanced background check.
