Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator

Location: Exeter, NH

Pay Range: $23

Shift: 2 Weekday shifts from 12:30am to 7:30am, with weekend shifts from 12:30am to 12:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment for production and processing operations
• Measure and check raw materials or parts to ensure proper components, ingredients, and quantities
• Monitor machinery controls to ensure proper operation and report malfunctions
• Maintain records and ensure the manufacturing environment complies with regulatory standards
• Maintain 5S and safety standards across all work areas

What's Needed?

• Solid computer skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot and report issues to supervisors or team leads
• Capable of performing physical activities such as stooping, crouching, bending at the waist, and lifting up to 25 lbs
