Our client, Manufacturing and Logistics is seeking a Packaging and Filling to join their team. As a Packaging and Filling , you will be part of the Operations Department supporting Warehouse and Production Teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, comfort following generally defined procedures, and the drive to stay focused while completing hands-on manual tasks.

Job Title: Packaging and Filling

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range: 21-22.50

Shift: Day and Nights Shifts

  • Follow generally defined procedures to complete a variety of general manual labor tasks in a support role.
  • Pack and fill materials accurately while keeping work areas organized and ready for the next task.
  • Load and unload vehicles and move materials as needed to support daily production and shipping activities.
  • Lift and move materials, including heavy lifting of 30 pounds or more, and assist with tasks that may require working at heights.
  • Operate industrial trucks or tractors equipped to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, factory, construction site, or similar location (forklift certification required).

What's Needed?

  • Forklift certification (required) and willingness to operate industrial trucks or tractors when assigned.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of materials, including 30 pounds or more.
  • Comfort working at heights when required by the task and following safety procedures.
  • Reliability and readiness to work a rotating schedule: 5-2 rotation (M/Tu/F/S/S one week, W/Th the following week).
  • Ability to work with direction and complete tasks using established procedures.
