Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is seeking a Paint Tint Specialist to join their team in Rockledge. As a Paint Tint Specialist, you will be part of the Warehouse Department supporting shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Paint Tint Specialist

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Rate: $18.00 hourly

Shift: 6:30AM - 3:30PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Perform color matches and work with the Lab/Marketing team to determine proper formulas for tinting of paint.
  • Tint paint and re-label products as needed to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, and other equipment to move materials within the warehouse.
  • Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Prepare parcels for shipping via FedEx, UPS, and other carriers, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.

What's Needed?

  • Preferably two years of related experience and/or training in warehouse or tinting operations.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and simple correspondence.
  • Basic mathematical skills to handle measurements and calculations.
  • Knowledge of tinting machinery, order processing systems, and inventory management software.
  • Physical ability to lift and move items weighing from 5 to 70 pounds regularly.
