As a Production assembly, you’ll be part of the production team, supporting day-to-day manufacturing needs and helping keep work moving smoothly from start to finish. Pay Range: $15

Shift: 3:30-Midnight

What's the Job?

• Assemble components and subassemblies accurately by following work instructions and production standards.
• Perform hands-on assembly tasks with attention to detail to help ensure consistent quality.
• Verify parts and finished items meet requirements before moving to the next step in the process.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safe and efficient production.
• Support team workflow by staying focused, meeting production expectations, and communicating issues promptly.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow written and/or visual instructions to complete assembly tasks correctly.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in every step.
• Comfort working in a production environment with established processes and timelines.
• Reliability and willingness to learn and follow safety procedures consistently.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to use common hand tools as required by the role.
