We are seeking a General Production Assistant to join a fast paced manufacturer in Neenah, WI. As a General Production Worker, you provide general labor and support to the machine operators to help ensure quality of product.

Pay Range: $20.76

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner according to Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including wearing required PPE, ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting safe work habits.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspection of product to help ensure quality, while maintaining housekeeping and general maintenance in the work area.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow work instructions, Operational Standard Work, and supervisor direction.
• Comfort working in a production environment while consistently following safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Willingness to operate assigned equipment and perform material handling tasks safely.
• Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality checks.
• Commitment to housekeeping and basic maintenance responsibilities within the assigned area.
