Production Associate

Our client, a growing and expanding paper manufacturing company located in Park 100, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Production Associates. Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Indianapolis, IN - Park 100 

Pay Range: $20 for all shifts

Shift: 3:50am - 4:00pm / 3:50pm - 4:00am on 2/2/3 rotating shift  OR 
Fri - Sun 6am - 6pm  on a 2/2/3 rotating shift 

What's the Job?

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform final assembly of products
• Operate manufacturing machinery efficiently and safely
• Support the production line to meet daily targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Credential requirements: 100037, 100035, 100037
