Production Associate - Duncansville

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in industrial and consumer products, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the assembly and production operations supporting various manufacturing lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Duncansville, PA

Pay Range:

Shift: 1st shift 

What's the Job?

• Perform bagging and packing of products to ensure quality standards
• Seal and label products accurately, applying stickers as needed
• Stack products on skids and pallets for efficient handling and shipping
• Work alongside team members to support production flow and safety
• Maintain physical activity including standing, repetitive motion, and lifting approximately 22–30 lbs

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing and lifting
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled shifts
