Production Associate / Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Production Associate / Operator to join their team. As a Production Associate / Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate / Operator

Location: Stokesdale, NC

Pay Range: $18.65

Shift: Evenings (15:00-01:30)

What's the Job?

• Safely stack materials accurately to meet quality standards for shipments
• Inspect incoming products for defects and proper paint coverage, ensuring quality control
• Grade materials according to customer specifications and separate unsuitable materials
• Pack products, stack sticks, band, and label finished units properly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards and assist in other areas as needed

What's Needed?

• Completion of the 9th grade or equivalent education
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements
• Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read tape measures, calipers, and specifications
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
