Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the wood products industry, is seeking a Production Associate / Operator to join their team. As a Production Associate / Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the moulding crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate / Operator

Location: Stokesdale, NC

Pay Range: $18.65

Shift: Evenings (15:00-01:30)

What's the Job?

  • Feed and grade products at an acceptable production speed
  • Perform job tasks safely, following safety rules and guidelines
  • Stack units neatly and correctly for efficient processing
  • Assist in feeding the front end of the moulder and grading products coming out
  • Keep accurate counts of rejected quantities and separate defective wood for rework

What's Needed?

  • Completion of the 9th grade or equivalent education
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Self-motivated with good hand-eye coordination
  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
