Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in innovative vehicle and energy product assembly, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting various production lines and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a collaborative spirit, aligning seamlessly with the company's safety-focused environment and commitment to excellence.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Brookshire, TX

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: 5:00 pm - 5:00 am

What's the Job?

• Participate in the assembly and production of vehicles and energy products following standard work processes and instructions.
• Operate complex manufacturing equipment under supervision, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Escalate technical and process issues promptly to support teams and leadership.
• Perform a variety of functions across multiple production lines as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Maintain safety guidelines, demonstrate professionalism, and uphold exemplary attendance and punctuality.

What's Needed?

• Ability to learn new skills and adapt to evolving work environments efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and operate new technology and equipment.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and potential overtime.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
