Production Associate

Our client, an industry-focused manufacturing team, is seeking a Production Associate to join their operation. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting daily output by operating machinery, assembling parts, and helping ensure every product meets quality standards.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: TRAVERSE CITY, MI

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour

Shift: 4:30pm - 3:00am Monday-Thursday

What's the Job?

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Assemble parts and complete production tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Verify product quality by following inspection and verification steps.
• Adhere to all plant safety guidelines and standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support smooth production flow by staying focused, meeting expectations, and communicating as needed.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous production experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety rules, work instructions, and quality standards consistently.
• Comfort working in a hands-on production environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and apply procedures to operate equipment and assemble parts correctly.
