Production General Laborer

Our client, production and manufacturing is seeking a Production General Laborer to join their team. As a Production General Laborer, you will be part of the production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to keep pace in a fast-moving environment—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production General Laborer

Location: Woodstock, AL

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Manually load, unload, and palletize potting mix, mulch, and other lawn and garden products.
• Safely lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Stack, organize, and wrap pallets according to production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse and production-related duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, general labor, or landscaping experience is strongly preferred.
