Our client, a leading plastics manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.16 per hour, depending on shift assignment and applicable shift differential.
What's the Job?
- Operate plastics manufacturing equipment while following safety, quality, and production standards.
- Load, unload, sort, stage, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the production process.
- Inspect plastic parts for quality, dimensions, defects, and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor machine performance, identify basic equipment issues, and communicate concerns to leadership.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting daily production goals and production schedules.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to use basic computer systems to enter and track production and quality information.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.

- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Friday through Tuesday
- 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday through Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Thursday through Monday
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Friday through Tuesday
