Production Helper

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Norwalk, OH

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: Evenings, Nights (40 hour)

What's the Job?

• Perform weigh-up or packaging duties within the production department.
• Ensure the correct documentation and ingredients are used for each batch.
• Set up and operate weigh-up and packaging machinery, adhering to safety procedures.
• Process batches safely and neatly, ensuring products meet customer specifications.
• Support production by supplying materials and maintaining equipment functionality.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly and handle up to 250 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with safety equipment.
• Basic reading, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to safety and cleanliness standards.
