Production Lead

Our client, Protective Foam Solutions is seeking a Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be part of the Production floor supporting an order fulfillment environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and coaching skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and a structured, safety-first approach that helps keep the line running efficiently.

Job Title: Production Lead

Location: Allentown, PA

Shift:  Sunday to Tuesday, 3:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Act as a liaison between the Shift Supervisor and production associates on the assembly line.
• Train, coach, and motivate production associates to support daily performance and quality.
• Track line efficiency using line paperwork and escalate issues to supervision when needed.
• Ensure the team operates in a safe and clean environment while implementing and enforcing safety guidelines.
• Support production execution by assisting the Production Manager with production plan assignments, metrics tracking, equipment/facility upkeep, and inventory organization.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lead, motivate, and direct individuals and teams with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organization and work ethic.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address issues quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage priorities in a changing environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods during a normal shift.
