Production Operator

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Fill/Cap/Label/Freeze Dry department supporting team-based manufacturing of Bio-Rad bottled product in compliance with established GMP processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, comfort working in a production environment, and the drive to follow procedures and documentation standards every shift.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 1st shift (6 AM - 3:00 PM)

What's the Job?

• Support filling, capping, and labeling operations for Bio-Rad bottled product in team-based manufacturing processes, which may include hand filling and/or using semi-automated machinery.
• Deliver semi-finished goods to warehousing using carts or pallet trucks when applicable.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspection of components/product to help ensure products meet required standards.
• Follow procedures and work instructions to execute production tasks safely and consistently.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time in line with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), including inventory and quality transactions in the SAP Inventory System.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding or familiarity with large scale manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency with computer systems.
