Production Operator – Join a Global Healthcare Manufacturing Team

Pay Rate: $25.50-$29.33/hr
Schedule: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm-6:30am
Assignment Length: Temporary (6 Months)
Our client in Scarborough, Maine is hiring several Production Operators for its overnight manufacturing team. This is an opportunity to gain experience with a global healthcare leader known for revolutionary health technologies and products while performing meaningful work that helps improve lives. These positions pay $25.50-$29.33/hr and are expected to last 6 months.

This role is ideal for individuals with manufacturing or machine operation experience who enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and working as part of a team to produce high-quality medical devices. Training will take place on either 1st or 2nd shift (candidate choice) with the corresponding shift pay before transitioning to 3rd shift during the first week of January. Apply today!

Typical daily duties:

• Assemble medical devices and related components according to documented procedures
• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform inspections, testing, and packaging activities
• Use hand tools, microscopes, computerized testing equipment, and other production tools as needed
• Complete production and quality documentation while maintaining product traceability
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures to ensure product excellence

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written procedures in English
• Basic math, computer, and electronic data collection system skills
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work independently
