Production Operator

Position Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for operating equipment and supporting the manufacturing process to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. This position works in a fast-paced food production environment and plays a key role in meeting daily production goals.

What’s the Job?

Essential Duties

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Load raw materials into machines.
• Complete production documentation and reports.
• Perform equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow food safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Support production line changes and product changeovers.
• Meet daily production and efficiency targets.

What’s Needed?

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed.
