Job Overview

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in operating and maintaining non-woven production lines while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. This position involves working with converting, slitting, and packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Monitor and operate production equipment using computerized systems

🔹 Inspect and grade finished products to ensure quality standards

🔹 Troubleshoot equipment and production processes

🔹 Perform minor mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance

🔹 Conduct safety inspections and housekeeping activities

🔹 Assist with startup and shutdown of production lines

🔹 Operate industrial equipment such as:

• Forklifts (Hysters)
• Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
• Tuggers

🔹 Maintain accurate production and inventory records

🔹 Support and train new team members

🔹 Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout processes

Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma or GED Required

✔ Manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or related experience preferred

✔ Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts

✔ Strong attention to safety and quality

✔ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus
