Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Nevada, IA
Pay Range: $18-22
Shift: Shift: 1st
6am-230pm
7am-330pm
8am-430pm
What's the Job?
- Operate shear saw and band saw equipment efficiently and safely
- Unload finished products from machines and prepare for next steps
- Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed
- Read and interpret tape measures accurately for precise measurements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand measurements
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
