What will you be doing?
- Lead, train, assign, and direct 2nd shift production employees • Stay actively involved in day-to-day production
- Maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment
- Hold employees accountable for safety, attendance, performance, quality, and workplace policies
- Monitor production goals, workflow, downtime, and shift performance
- Troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues •
- Work alongside the production team when needed
What do you bring?
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Lead, Production Lead, Lead Operator, or similar role is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable holding employees accountable and having difficult but respectful conversations
- Willing to lead from the production floor and work alongside the team.
