Production - Upholster

Our client, a leader in the furniture manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production - Upholster to join their team. As a Production - Upholster, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the upholstery team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a willingness to learn, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production - Upholster

Location: Suamico, WI

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: First Shift

What's the Job?

• Assist with upholstery tasks such as cutting fabric, sewing, and fastening materials
• Apply trims and other finishing touches to furniture pieces
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
• Support the team by learning and practicing upholstery techniques
• Follow instructions from experienced upholsterers to develop skills

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
