Production Worker I - 3rd Shift

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker I - 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Production Worker I - 3rd Shift, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker I - 3rd Shift

Location: Altavista, VA

Pay Range:

Shift: 3rd Shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM)

What's the Job?

• Inspect raw and finished products for quality assurance
• Label and package products according to specifications
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Work in a clean-room environment, adhering to safety standards

What's Needed?

• Ability to pass background check and urine drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work in a team environment with moderate supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours over 40, with overtime paid at Time and a Half
