Production Worker

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $18-$20/hr

Shift: Weekend 12 hour shifts

What's the Job?

• Perform plating, racking, inspection, packaging, and related production activities as assigned.
• Load and unload parts onto racks, fixtures, or production equipment.
• Operate plating and finishing equipment according to established procedures.
• Inspect parts for quality, defects, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Package completed products for shipment while ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, plating, inspection, or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
