Production Worker

Our client, a leading manufacturing facility specializing in bulk material handling, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team.  As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting the efficient loading and processing client products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Catskill, NY

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Monday through Friday - Must be flexible to work 6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pmm plus overtime as needed
 

What's the Job?

• Operate remotely controlled locomotive for bulk loading of cement
• Take measurements from enclosed stairs in the silo, can't be afraid of heights.
• Maintain accurate records, compile stock reports, and complete shipping paperwork.
• Work outdoors and indoors, dressing appropriately for weather conditions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE provided by the client, including safety glasses, hearing protection, safety vest, and work gloves.

What's Needed?

• Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Safety toe work boots (steel or composite) that go above the ankle.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety procedures.
